About Weel
Weel (Previously DiviPay) is Australia’s #1 virtual corporate card and expense management platform.
We’re on a mission to make spend management smarter, simpler, and a little more fun. Our platform gives finance teams real-time visibility and control over company spend - from smart corporate cards to automated accounts payable and effortless expense management - all in one place.
We’re growing fast across Australia (and recently launched in New Zealand), helping thousands of organisations, from purpose driven not-for-profits to ambitious mid-market companies, streamline their finances. Along the way, we’re lucky to have partnered with incredible brands like Petbarn, Yo-Chi, OzHarvest, and The Cowboys.
Backed by a successful $20M Series A raise, we’re investing heavily in what matters most: strengthening our product and building a team of exceptionally talented people who are passionate about changing the way businesses manage spend.
Our impact so far:

Important note: When applying, you must submit a portfolio and a brief note on why Weel interests you. We care more about the quality of your work than the length of your CV.
The Role
You'll be the creative engine behind Weel's visual marketing output - producing polished, on-brand assets that span across our marketing website, social media, paid campaigns, landing pages, sales materials, and beyond. You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to ship high-quality work at pace, using a mix of traditional design craft and modern AI tools to punch above your weight.
This is a great role for someone who's equal parts aesthete and executor - you love making things look beautiful, but you also love shipping.
What You'll Work On
Social media graphics across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels - both organic and paid
Landing page design and supporting web graphics, in collaboration with the marketing team
Sales enablement assets - pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case study templates
Display ads and campaign visuals across digital channels
Blog imagery, thumbnails, and editorial illustrations
Event and sponsorship collateral (digital and print)
Internal presentation templates and brand assets
AI-generated imagery and art direction for campaigns and editorial content
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a visual design, graphic design, or marketing design role
Strong working knowledge of Figma - you use components, variables, and shared styles naturally
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar) - you know how to prompt well and art-direct outputs to stay on-brand
A solid eye for typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
A portfolio that shows range - you've designed for screens and can adapt across formats
Ability to work from a brand system, not just from scratch
Nice-to-haves
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a fast-growing startup
Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Jitter, or similar)
Familiarity with Webflow or basic HTML/CSS
An interest in finance, productivity, or tools that help people do better work
Why Weel
A design team that takes craft seriously and moves at startup speed
Real ownership from day one - no waiting months to ship something
A product used by thousands of Australian businesses, growing fast
Competitive salary, Weel coffee card (obviously), flexible working, and a Sydney CBD base
The chance to grow into a more senior role as the team scales
Our growing list of Weel perks:
With the rapid development of AI, we have invested heavily in experimentation to find what tools work for us. Every individual is provided subscriptions to leading agentic coding agents and is encouraged to try new tools regularly.
