The Role
We’re growing our Product team and looking for a Product Manager to tackle some of our biggest challenges, initially across compliance and onboarding. You’ll help shape scalable, automated and customer-friendly experiences that make it easier for customers to get up and running.
You’ll own the execution for key parts of our product, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience from sign-up to account activation. You’ll work closely with engineers, sales, and operations to remove friction, automate processes, and elevate the customer journey, while making data-driven decisions that have a tangible impact on the business.
In addition to driving customer outcomes, you'll help solve complex operational and technical challenges, working through how systems and processes need to evolve as the business scales and regulatory requirements change. You'll partner closely with engineering on technical problem-solving, bringing sound technical judgement and a strong understanding of system trade-offs to deliver scalable solutions.
Focus Areas
Own the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across compliance, KYB, onboarding and the SMB funnel, aligning priorities with broader product and business goals.
Solve complex operational and technical problems, designing scalable processes and workflows that balance regulatory requirements with customer experience.
Support the evolution of core systems and processes as the business grows and adapts to changing compliance and operational needs.
Reduce KYB bottlenecks and improve onboarding experiences across different entity types through automation and thoughtful process design.
Define clear objectives and success metrics, using instrumentation and analytics to identify friction and prioritise improvements.
Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with sales, operations, compliance and leadership to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
Communicate priorities, decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, navigating regulatory requirements, and delivering tangible improvements in the way customers experience our product.
Skills
Experience as a Product Manager working on technically complex products, workflows or platforms.
Strong technical background, including the ability to write and run SQL queries independently and a solid understanding of data structures and system design principles.
Comfortable engaging with engineers on architecture, technical trade-offs, feasibility and implementation approaches, with sound technical judgement.
Ability to break down complex operational or systems problems into practical, scalable solutions.
Experience working with financial systems or regulated environments is advantageous, particularly where data integrity and operational accuracy are critical - this can however be taught.
Familiarity with compliance processes, including KYB requirements and entity verification workflows, is also beneficial
Experience working in B2B SaaS environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
The ability to write code is not essential, but it could make you more effective in the role and help you navigate technical challenges more independently.
