The Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll own the success of a portfolio of Weel partners, with a strong focus on accounting and bookkeeping firms.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to our partners - helping them onboard successfully, understand how to work with Weel, activate their first clients, and stay engaged over time. This role is about ensuring partners don’t just sign up, but actually succeed.
This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management with strong process thinking. You’ll help shape the frameworks, playbooks, and engagement rhythms that define partner success at Weel as the channel scales.
You’ll work closely with the Partnerships team, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a consistent and scalable partner experience.
Our Partnerships function is still small and evolving, which means this role has a high degree of ownership and the opportunity to directly shape how partner success works at Weel as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Partner onboarding & activation
Own the onboarding experience for new accounting and bookkeeping partners
Build structured onboarding and activation plans to help partners reach “first value” quickly (e.g first referral, first client live, first co-selling motion)
Run partner training sessions to ensure partners understand Weel’s value, ideal customer profile, and how to position the product confidently
Partner engagement & lifecycle management
Manage a portfolio of partners across different lifecycle stages - new, active, and dormant
Proactively engage partners to drive ongoing activity, referrals, and deeper engagement
Re-engage dormant or low-activity partners through targeted outreach, enablement, and campaigns
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for partners, building strong and trusted relationships
Partner-led growth & revenue enablement
Drive partner-led pipeline by helping partners identify strong-fit customers and referral opportunities
Improve the quality and consistency of partner referrals through better enablement and positioning
Partner with Sales to improve conversion from partner-sourced leads to closed-won customers
Identify patterns across high-performing partners and turn them into repeatable revenue playbooks
Enablement & partner support
Ensure partners have the tools, content, and knowledge they need to successfully work with Weel
Improve partner enablement materials (playbooks, FAQs, training, webinars)
Gather partner feedback and translate it into actionable insights for internal teams
Process & playbook building
Design and document scalable partner success processes, playbooks, and cadences
Contribute to building a repeatable, measurable partner operating model
Improve how partner data is tracked and used (CRM hygiene, reporting, insights)
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with the Partnerships team to support partner-led growth initiatives
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers when partners introduce clients
Share insights and feedback to help shape product improvements, positioning, and partner strategy
What does success look like
Success in this role means our partners feel confident, supported, and motivated to work with Weel.
You’ll know you’re thriving when:
New partners activate quickly and generate their first referral or deal
Partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won revenue increase quarter over quarter
Revenue per active partner improves over time
Partners consistently refer well-qualified, high-fit customers
The Partnerships team has clear visibility into partner performance and revenue contribution
About You
You’re a relationship builder with a strong operational mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. You’re comfortable switching between hands-on partner support and higher-level strategic conversations.
Experience in Partnerships, Customer Success, or Account Management in a B2B environment or a background in accounting or bookkeeping with a strong interest in moving into tech.
Commercially savvy - you’re commercially minded and understand how partner engagement, activation, and enablement translate into pipeline and revenue - even if you’re not the one closing deals.
Process-oriented - you enjoy building playbooks, frameworks and scalable ways of working
Strong communicator - you are confident running workshops, reviews, and executive conversations.
Data-driven – you use data and insights to measure success and guide decisions.
