First things first, what’s the GTM experience like?
Our Account Executives are set up for success through a combination of inbound interest, targeted outbound efforts, well-defined ICPs, and a product that delivers real, measurable value - saving customers time and resources while reducing spend.
We have a well-aligned go-to-market (GTM) team that includes BDRs, marketing, customer success and partnerships, all working together to close deals, drive expansion, and deepen engagement.
Quotas are ambitious yet achievable, and our commission plans are uncapped and designed to reward high performance.
We prioritise transparency, coaching, and a culture where wins are celebrated and lessons are shared.
Our sales tech stack includes HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Forest Admin, Confluence, ZoomInfo, Zoom, and Slack.
What’s the role?
As an Account Executive (SMB) at Weel, we’ll challenge you to bring a highly productive, accountable and entrepreneurial spirit to the role.
You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle - from prospecting to discovery, demo to close - building strong relationships and driving impactful change to our customers. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of Account Executives and BDRs, all contributing to the growth of a product that’s leading the ANZ market.
This role will involve lots of outbound activity, meticulously managing leads and pipeline within Hubspot. You view sales as a process and will rely on the Sandler methodology to maintain structure.
As we expand into new markets and industries, this is an incredible opportunity to explore untapped territories.
Overview:
Results-Driven: A proven sales professional with a talent for closing deals and achieving targets.
Sales Dynamo: Proven track record in territory planning and outbound prospecting to exceed sales goals.
Team Collaborator: Strong ability to partner and mentor the BDRs and work cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer success to drive results.
Strategic Planner: Skilled in planning and forecasting to optimize your weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
CRM: Proficient in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) for effectively managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analysing customer trends.
Opportunity Seeker: A knack for identifying new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth.
Negotiation Expert: Skilled in negotiating pricing and terms while engaging relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes.
Skills that suit the role:
Proven ability to drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Experience in identifying new business opportunities utilising a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
Experience building and maintaining trust and engagement with customers
Expertise in CRM systems (ideally Hubspot) for managing leads, tracking sales activities and analysing customer trends.
Collaboration cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product and customer success to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
Personal drive and passionate energy, with a focus on achieving impactful results and prioritising the customer’s needs.
